Why I coach this way

I know what it's like when health stops feeling healthy.

Long before I became a coach, my body was a battleground.

I spent years recovering from an eating disorder and then found new ways to disguise control as dedication. I knew how to follow plans and look disciplined. What I didn't yet know was how to feel safe, flexible and genuinely alive inside my own life.

Strength and performance training changed the question. Instead of asking how little space I could take up, I started asking what my body could do. Recovery became more than the absence of illness. It became power, capability, freedom and trust.

That's why I refuse to coach women into a smaller life for a smaller body. We can care about aesthetics and still demand energy, joy, strength, ambition and a relationship with food that doesn't own us.

My own priorities have changed repeatedly. I've trained for aesthetics, strength, HYROX, triathlons and half marathons; learned from some of the leading coaches in the industry; rebuilt my relationship with food and body image; worked in corporate consulting; and left that career to build my own coaching business. I know that a woman's goals do not stay still - and her support should be able to evolve with her.

Strength that gives back

Training should make your life bigger - not become your whole life.

That means performance and progress, but also holidays, meals out, relationships, rest and room to be a human.

Experience you can feel

Coaching built on years of doing the work.

I've coached women globally - on gym floors and online, across London and the wider UK, Spain and Dubai. My experience spans first-time lifters, major life transitions, body transformation and serious performance goals.

The coaching standard

01

Evidence over noise.

Clear, intelligent coaching without trend-chasing or fear-based misinformation.

02

Agency over obedience.

You won't be dependent on me forever. I coach you to understand, decide and own your choices.

03

Standards over shame.

We expect more from your life because you matter - not because you need fixing.

04

Real life stays in.

Relationships, careers, neurodivergence, grief, hormones and joy are not obstacles to the plan. They are part of it.

Coaching with boundaries

The right support - even when it isn't me.

Good coaching means knowing the edge of your own expertise.

Strength coaching can sit alongside physiotherapy, pelvic-health care, medical support, therapy and specialist nutrition. When a client needs help outside my professional scope, I will say so clearly and help signpost or refer where appropriate.

That is not an add-on promised to every package. It is part of coaching responsibly and treating the whole woman with care.

I don't want you to become better at dieting. I want you to become someone who trusts herself.
